Easy Return

Your satisfaction is always our priority. When you receive the package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress has been made to your order specifications. Try on your dress as soon as possible without moving the tags, altering, or washing the dress.

We will accept returns if there are quality problems. We also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as the wrong size you gave us, but we offer free alternation. And we do not accept returns for a try-order. If you just need one dress, please DO NOT order more than one dress and return the other dresses you do not like. Because all dresses are made after payment, we can hardly sell them again even if they are returned.

Please carefully follow our guide: 

1. Please make sure all items must be returned in their original condition(unwashed, unworn, unaltered, undamaged, no perfume).

2. Custom dresses are made specifically to the measurements you provide (bust, waist, hips, height, and hollow-to-floor). That means no one else will be able to wear that dress once it's made. Because of this, we are unable to accept any returns on custom dresses. Please double-check your measurements and color choice before ordering.

3. For a standard-size dress in the picture color, since the return shipping would be too expensive, we highly suggest you choose the size carefully. Please double-check our size chart and order the correct size. We can help you to choose the size if you contact us.

How To Return & Refund

1. Contact us within 7 days upon receiving your items. If your return is accepted, please send your item(s) using local post within 5 days of receiving the return confirmation from us. As for the return shipping cost (except for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item), you had to pay for it yourself.

2. When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition.

3. Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 3 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank).
