Q: Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide by DHL/UPS/FedEx/USPS/DPEX/EMS and so on.
Q: Where is my order confirmation?
A: This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order(if you leave us an email). If you do not leave us an email, we can not send order confirmation email to you successfully, but please do not worry, we have also started to handle your order. If you leave us an email when placing order and not see order confirmation email, please contact us, we will resend it to you.
Q: What kind of warranty or guarantee do you offer on your products?
A: We sell products that we believe to be of high quality and reliability. Before shipping each dress to our customers, our Q&C personnel will do detailed check to ensure high quality, and it's never our intention to send out damaged or faulty goods.
Q: How can I make sure I order the correct size and fit?
A: Please carefully see our size chart when ordering, or you can contact us to let us choose a size for you, or custom for you.
Q: When will I receive my items after I place an order?
A: Normally, within 25 days from the day you paid.
Q: Can I cancel my order or return the dress?
A: It depends, please see our refund policy.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept all Credit cards and PayPal payments.
Q: How can I make a change to my order?
A: Before you proceed to check out, you can tell us everything you want to tell us in order note. Then we will see it. If your order is requested urgently, you should contact us within 24 hours after you’ve paid. In addition, if you have already paid and need a change, please contact our customer service representatives immediately, and we will discuss with the tailors to see if it is possible. However, refunds and exchanges are not available once your order is finished.
Q: How can I change my email or address in the order?
A: Please contact us by message or email, we will change it for you.
Q: Can i get an extra discount for several pieces of dresses?
A: Yes, please contact us, then we will give you the lowest price.
